Black Bird was founded in 1959. The 60 years old coffee makers are keeping with the times while faithful to their original bean process. The name was inspired from a crow visiting regularly at their first roastery in a small quaint village.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Fifty-seven percent of adults ages 18-24 live in households that use coffee, but 25 to 34 year olds are the least likely to stock coffee in their cupboards with only 54% reporting they use whole or ground bean coffee at home. Based on the latter Black Bird has establish its customer base for generations.
